Policies

SM Keyboards LLC will not be held liable for items that are lost, stolen or damaged en route by the courier or after a confirmed delivery courier notification.

We highly recommend adding Route shipping protection to your order which fully insures your order if it is lost, stolen or damaged.  If you need to file a claim with Route, you can contact them here and inquire about your order or request a full refund.

 

Custom Case Commission Returns

At this moment, we do not offer refunds on custom commission (custom case commission) based sales. When an order is placed, it immediately starts to be processed, from securing materials/parts, preparation of custom files and production of the case. Because of this, sales on custom case sales are final. If something is wrong with your received case, please email us right away.

 

General Item Returns

  • Our policy lasts 24hrs after the product has been delivered. Please be sure to inspect all aspects of your product when it is delivered. If there are any issues with the product delivered, please send an email. 
  • If you would like to cancel or change an order that has not shipped yet, please contact us as soon as you can.
  • In order for an item to be eligible for a return, it must be in its original packaging and shipping condition.
  • To return your product, please email smkeyboards@gmail.com for further instructions.

  

Refunds (if applicable)

  • A 5% fee may be assessed at the time of refund in order to cover transaction fees and labor costs that cannot be recovered.
  • Once your return is received and inspected. You will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that your refund has been initiated.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we have generated a shipping label for you, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or item that cost the same, send me an email at smkeyboards@gmail.com and I will provide instructions on how to complete your exchange.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Shipping

  • SM Keyboards LLC will not be responsible for any unpaid duties or taxes upon delivery. The recipient will always be responsible for any duties and/or taxes that are applicable for their order.
  • International orders are declared at full value.
